November 13, 2018 / 0 Comments / in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations / by Nancy Phillippi

The next steps would be building a service department focused on the repair and maintenance, and preventative or predictive maintenance of the products produced. Adding a set of technology tools such as remote monitoring through Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and AI to next to existing ERP would be ideal.
